We're pleased to announce that we will host the 7th Annual Business Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 8 at the Elks Club. We will once again recognize the outstanding businesses in our community and we invite you to nominate your fellow Chamber Members and business owners.
Nominees must be located in Hoboken or have a strong economic tie to the city. With the exception of the Hoboken Chamber Member of the Year Award, they do not need to be members of the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce. CLICK HERE to make your nomination(s). Please provide a brief synopsis of why the person or firm is deserving of consideration for an award. The same person or firm may be nominated for more than one category. You must submit each nomination on a new form.

Community Service Provider of the Year
Awarded to the nongovernmental business, not for profit organization, private entity/foundation or individual that in the past year exemplified the best in matters of outreach, public service, volunteerism, arts, culture and/or charitable endeavors.
Developer/Builder of the Year
Awarded to the person or firm that in the past year demonstrated skill, style, vision or uniqueness in matters of design, construction, sustainable building practices and/or development of property in the City.
Educational Provider/Educator of the Year
Awarded to the company or individual that in the past year exhibited leadership, innovation, or skill in education or matters affecting education.
Financial Business/Businessperson of the Year
Awarded to the business or businessperson in the financial industry that in the past year excelled in banking, mortgage brokerage, investing, accountancy, and/or insurance.
Hoboken Chamber Member of the Year Award
Awarded to the Hoboken Chamber Member that most fully advanced our mission: The Hoboken Chamber of Commerce adheres to this proposition: A vibrant local economy enhances the City's overall quality of life. The Chamber achieves this by promoting the business welfare of its members, stimulating a positive, balanced, vital economy and advocating for a favorable business climate.
Innovator of the Year
Awarded to the business or business person that demonstrated leadership as a business innovator or pioneer be it in technology, nontraditional business platform, green business practices and/or groundbreaking model.
New Business/Businessperson of the Year
Awarded to the business or businessperson that in the past 18 months began operations in Hoboken and had a powerful impact on the business, artistic, or cultural landscape.
People's Choice Award
Awarded to the person or business that has dominated or influenced Hoboken's collective consciousness epitomizing Hoboken's unique charm and character.
Realtor/Real Estate Office of the Year
Awarded to the Real Estate Office or Realtor that in the past year demonstrated exceptional skill, vision and direction in Hoboken's real estate marketplace.
Restaurant/Restaurateur of the Year
Awarded to the restaurant or restaurateur that in the past year provided unparalleled variety, style, energy and/or originality to Hoboken's culinary scene.
